Stress is a big factor in losing weight I know! Boy do I! Anyhow, reduce as much stress as possible, increase water, and supliment your diet with vitanins (you could be lacing an essential vitamin or mineral if your diet is too restrictive). Or there could be a real medical issue for your fatigue. Thyroid problems could be an underlying culprit as well as anemia or other auto-immune diseases. There are  simple tests and medication and medical therapies that can help tremendously. See your doctor and let him/her know and see ifthey have any input.

Hope this helps a little!

hello, maybe you might be anemic or need some vitamins.  Or maybeyou could volunteer at the after school programs or volunteer at churchor assist an elderly person.  Hope some of these can be helpful toyou.

Hi, I am new to this site and saw this message board...when I read your question it reminded me of myself (except im more overweight then you lol) Anyway....I agree with the first two suggestions and have some of my own......I know its hard to think about but making sure your have a regular bowel routine can help or hinder your energy.....I would do a detox if your having a problem. A couple monthes ago I needed naps during the day...I went and got my thyroid tested and to see if I was annemic...I wasn't and my doctor recemended I start taking a mulitiviamin and start a exercise routine. Now you are young and still growning....if you are drinking energy drinks you may be crashing hard...so I would lay off...I would say eat the best you can, but even more so on the lean meat then you would imagine, especially if your into sports. Good luck and I hope that helps.
